Postage & packaging
UK: All orders from the United Kingdom will be sent by secure and trackable courier delivery. Postage and packing charges will be applied at £5.65 per package. If you order is £50 or more, we will deliver your package for free within the UK. This offer only applies to physical book orders. If the value of your order is £50.00 or more, please contact us before placing your order.
USA: For our US customers, we charge $14.20 for postage and packaging plus $1.99 charge per item.
Europe: All orders from the EU will be sent by secure and trackable courier delivery. Postage and packing charges will be applied at €7.63 per package plus €1.99 charge per item.
The Gambia, Senegal and Mauritania: All orders from The Gambia, Senegal and Mauritania will incure a charge of £7.50 for postage and packaging. If you are ordering from The Gambia, Senegal or Mauritania, please contact us before placing your order so that we can give you a reduce price. This limited offer is only available for our Gambian, Senegalese and Mauritanian customers ordering from within these countries.
Rest of the World: All orders from the rest of the world will incure a charge of £7.50 for postage and packaging plus a £1 charge per item.

The following delivery times should only be used as a guide. Events outside our remit may alter deliver times - for example UK public holidays, postal strikes, etc. Titles are printed and sent out the moment funds clear into our account.

Returns and cancellations
Please contact our customer service team at email@example.com or call +44 20 8133 0517 (national rates for UK callers, international rates for overseas callers) between 9.00 am and 4.30 pm GMT/BST, Monday to Friday, to cancel your order in part or in whole.
If your item has not been despatched, we will stop the processing of your order and refund your credit card account. If your item has already been despatched, we will provide you with the necessary information for returning the item to us for refund.
All our products purchased directly from us are of high quality. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt of your package for a full refund of the purchase price. If the return is due to an error on our part, we will gladly compensate you for the returns postage within a week of processing the return.
